01Do Hooked pouches contain nicotine?
No. Hooked pouches are 100% nicotine-free. Every flavor is built on real ingredients and functional compounds like caffeine, L-Theanine, and Alpha GPC.
02How do I use a pouch?
Place one pouch between your lip and gum. Leave it there — you'll feel a light tingle as it activates. Most people keep a pouch in for 20 to 45 minutes. Dispose of it when you're done.
03How many pouches should I use a day?
That's up to you and how your body feels. Most customers use 2 to 6 pouches a day. We recommend starting with one and seeing how you respond before stacking them.
04Are Hooked pouches safe?

07How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
08What's your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your first order, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it right. Unopened cans can be returned for a full refund.
